The culinary experience started off strong with delicious watermelon slices, our only fresh fruit delight. The staff showed some hospitality, especially a lady who helped with our bags and checked the CCTV for me. The room was clean, which is more than I could say for other aspects!
Where do I even start? This place felt like an abandoned building! The rooms were old and had a funky smell. The dining experience was a disaster. the food lacked authentic Turkish flavors and not a single pool towel for two days? Wish I could have enjoyed more than just fruit!

The pool area provided a nice spot to cool off after a long day, and the Turkish baths were a highlight, offering a great relaxation experience.
Food options were limited and repetitive, with reports of dishes being reused throughout the day. The lack of functioning lifts made lugging bags around a hassle, especially for those on higher floors. some guests faced issues with cleanliness in their rooms, with mentions of stubborn cobwebs and insufficient towel service. There were also persistent reports about the language barrier at reception, complicating check-in and overall communication.

The beach access impressed me right away. The pool area had a refreshing vibe, perfect for cooling off. I enjoyed the evening entertainment, especially the interactive games offered by the staff. They really created an engaging atmosphere. the dining options fell short. the variety was very limited, often repetitive. The staff, while generally friendly, had trouble with basic English, making communication challenging. My room felt outdated, with signs of wear and tear. There were issues with cleanliness. some areas were not up to standard. The lack of functioning lifts added to the inconvenience, especially with heavy luggage. there were highs and lows with this stay, but I appreciated the fun they brought to the entertainment activities.

The kids loved the pool area, especially the slides and children's pool. The Turkish bath was a hit, offering a relaxing experience after a long day. We also enjoyed some table tennis with the family, making it a fun bonding time.
My wife says that the food options were limited and often unappealing.

Recommend it for families seeking relaxation
the staff were super friendly, always welcoming and truly cared about making your stay enjoyable. One night, after returning from a long day out, they surprised us with a complimentary late-night snack which was honestly a game-changer!
I mean it wasn’t cheap but considering the services offered, I’d say it was an acceptable stay overall.

Friendly staff and the lovely private beach added a welcoming vibe during my stay. the dining experience left much to be desired, with limited and unappetizing food options. The cleanliness of the room was concerning, with old furnishings and a musty smell that detracted from the comfort. Although the swimming pool was refreshing, it could have been better maintained to ensure a pleasant experience.

This place was just a balanced option for a momentary visit in Kemer with attractive and competitive value for money. The Turkish baths were a great experience, offering a relaxing escape from the busy day. Bring your own towels and stay ready to face the language barriers.
